1. Information We Collect

The information we gather falls into two broad categories: information you voluntarily provide and information that is automatically collected. Voluntarily provided information is anything you knowingly and deliberately give us while using our Services or taking part in a promotion. Automatically collected information is anything your devices transmit as a byproduct of accessing our products and services.

We collect the following:

• Log Data: Our servers may automatically record the standard information your browser transmits when you use the Services. This can include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, which pages you viewed, the date and time of your visit, how long you spent on each page, and similar details about the session. If you run into an error while using the Services, we may also automatically capture information about that error and the surrounding circumstances — technical details about your device, what action you were attempting, and other diagnostic data. • Generative Content: Where our Services include an AI-assisted or chat feature, that feature generates Outputs in response to your Inputs. If your Inputs contain personal data, we will collect it, and it may appear in the resulting Outputs. Generative Content is subject to the retention limits described in Section 4 (“How Long We Hold Your Data”), and we take measures to de-identify it when using it for the purposes described in this Policy.
• Feedback on Your Use of the Services: Where relevant, we may collect feedback you give about Generative Content and use it to refine and improve the Services. For example, if you share your location with us, we may pair that with general information about currency and language in order to give you a better experience of our site and Services.

3. Security of Your Personal Information

When we collect and process personal information, and for as long as we retain it, we protect it using commercially reasonable measures designed to prevent loss and theft as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Although we make every reasonable effort to protect the personal information you entrust to us, we must point out that no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and absolute data security cannot be guaranteed by anyone. You should therefore use particular care in deciding what information to send us through the Services or by email.

You are responsible for choosing your password and for its overall strength, and for keeping that password secure and confidential.

4. How Long We Hold Your Data

We retain personal information only for as long as we actually need it. The applicable period depends on what we are using the information for, consistent with this Privacy Policy. For example, if you supplied personal information in the course of opening an account with us, we may hold that information for as long as your account remains active on our system. Once your personal information is no longer needed for its purpose, we will delete it or anonymize it by stripping out the details that identify you.

Where necessary, however, we may keep your personal information in order to satisfy a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation, or for archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research, or statistical purposes.

If you use our chat or AI-assisted features and elect to save rather than delete your conversations, we retain the associated Generative Content so that we can offer you a consistent experience over time, in line with your settings. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may automatically delete Generative Content on the backend within 90 days of receiving or generating it. We may also use Generative Content to train our models unless you instruct us not to by emailing us at support@ahts-llc.com.

In determining retention periods, we weigh factors such as: (i) the nature of the data and the activities it relates to; (ii) when and for how long you interact with AHTS LLC; and (iii) our legitimate interests and legal obligations. In every case, we may retain Generative Content where the law requires it or where doing so is necessary to address violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. We may anonymize or de-identify your personal data for research or statistical purposes, and in that event we may keep the resulting information for a longer period without giving you further notice.

5. Children’s Privacy

None of our products or services are directed at children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. If you have reason to believe a child under 18 has provided personal information to the Company, please email us at support@ahts-llc.com. We will look into any such report and, where appropriate, remove the information from our systems.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
